These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("you", "User", or, if you upload content, "Creator") and Ganso Gordo Producciones LLC, a Nevada limited liability company with its records-keeping and registered agent address at 732 S 6th St Ste R, Las Vegas, NV 89101, United States ("Ganso Gordo Producciones LLC", "we", "us", or "our"). Ganso Gordo Producciones LLC operates several divisions and brands, including the website LustLink located at https://lust-link.net (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of its features, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, our Content Policy, our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement, and, if you upload content, our Creator Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
The Platform contains sexually explicit material intended only for adults. By registering or accessing the Platform you affirmatively represent and warrant that:
We rely on date-of-birth declarations, automated age-verification signals, and, for Creators, government-issued photo ID and live selfie verification.
You may need to register an account to access certain features. You agree to: (a) provide truthful, complete, and current information; (b) keep your credentials confidential; (c) be solely responsible for all activity under your account; and (d) notify us immediately at support@lust-link.net of any unauthorized use. You may not create accounts for, transfer accounts to, or share accounts with any other person. We may refuse or terminate any registration in our sole discretion.
Before uploading any content, going live, or receiving payouts, Creators must:
Co-performers: Any third party who appears with a Creator on a live stream or in uploaded content must be independently verified by the Creator through the Platform's Co-Performer Verification flow (full legal name, date of birth, government ID, and selfie) before appearing in any content. The Platform issues a Performer ID to each verified individual that may be re-used for future collaborations. Failure to verify a co-performer is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate termination.
The following content and conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violations result in immediate content removal, account termination, reporting to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable, and may result in civil and criminal penalties:
The Platform employs automated and human moderation, including pre-publish review for high-risk categories and an automated content-attribution check for all aggregated third-party material. We may remove any content at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.
If you encounter content that violates these Terms, please use the in-app report button on any piece of content or email abuse@lust-link.net. Reports of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) may be submitted directly to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org; we cooperate fully with all such investigations.
You retain all ownership rights to content you upload. By uploading, you grant Ganso Gordo Producciones LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, perform, transcode, and distribute that content on and through the Platform, solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Platform. This license terminates when you delete the content, except where retention is required by law (e.g., 18 U.S.C. § 2257 records, payment records, dispute records).
You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, releases, and consents in any content you upload, including written consent from every depicted person, and that the content does not infringe any third-party right.
The Platform uses an in-platform token system. Tokens have no cash value outside the Platform and are non-refundable except as required by law or as set out in our Refund Policy. Pricing, applicable fees, and the descriptor that will appear on your credit card or bank statement are disclosed at the point of purchase. We may add, modify, retire, or reprice token packages at any time with reasonable notice.
Creator earnings are paid out at a minimum rate of ninety percent (90%) of net token spend attributable to the Creator (custom deals may grant a higher percentage). Payouts are subject to minimum thresholds, applicable tax withholding, and identity / banking verification. Ganso Gordo Producciones LLC retains a maximum of ten percent (10%) as a platform fee.
Token purchases, subscriptions, tips, and direct payments are processed by third-party payment processors (including, where applicable, payment-card processors, crypto processors, and direct bank-transfer rails). The processor's terms apply to the underlying transaction. Ganso Gordo Producciones LLC is the merchant of record for all credit-card transactions unless otherwise disclosed.

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or scrape the Platform; (b) use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited communications; (c) interfere with the Platform's operation or security; (d) access the Platform via bots or automated tools without our written permission; (e) impersonate any person or entity; (f) use the Platform to harass, threaten, defame, or stalk any person; (g) use the Platform for any commercial purpose other than as expressly authorized.
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and share personal information. We use cookies and similar technologies as described in the Privacy Policy. Creator verification documents (government ID, selfie, DOB) are stored encrypted at rest and are accessed only by authorized personnel for identity verification, fraud prevention, and 18 U.S.C. § 2257 compliance.
Ganso Gordo Producciones LLC respects intellectual property and personal-image rights. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright or depicts you without consent, submit a takedown request via our DMCA & Takedown page or email dmca@lust-link.net. We respond to valid notices within seventy-two (72) hours. Repeat infringers and Creators against whom multiple verified takedowns are filed will be terminated and forfeit pending payouts.
The Platform is intended for users located in jurisdictions where adult content is lawful. We may block access from jurisdictions where the Platform's content is illegal or where local law imposes additional age-verification, payment, or content-restriction obligations we cannot meet. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, the Content Policy, the Creator Agreement, or applicable law, or where we believe in good faith that continued access creates risk to other users, third parties, or Ganso Gordo Producciones LLC. Upon termination: (a) your right to use the Platform ceases immediately; (b) unspent tokens are non-refundable except as required by law or our Refund Policy; (c) pending Creator payouts that arose from compliant activity remain payable to you, subject to our chargeback / fraud recovery offset rights.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Ganso Gordo Producciones LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Ganso Gordo Producciones LLC AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO Ganso Gordo Producciones LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ganso Gordo Producciones LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates, from any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your content; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) any other party's access or use of the Platform using your credentials.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Except as provided below, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Binding individual arbitration / class-action waiver. At Ganso Gordo Producciones LLC's sole election, any dispute may be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Las Vegas, Nevada, with one arbitrator. You and Ganso Gordo Producciones LLC each waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. The arbitrator has authority to decide arbitrability. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual-property or confidential-information rights.
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date and, where reasonable, notified to registered users by email or in-platform banner at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign freely. These Terms (together with the documents referenced) constitute the entire agreement between you and Ganso Gordo Producciones LLC regarding the Platform.
